Founders and Owners

Tucker and Walker Guy
President and Vice-President of Entertainment
Tucker and Walker are responsible for passing out popsicles and lemonade to all of the employees on hot days, for chasing the cat, throwing any and all sticks into the pond at the lumber yard, and for building some of the finest roads that we have seen in our sawdust pile with their toy dozers. Their presence at our company also ensures that AAH is, and will always be, a family friendly work environment.

Valorie DiIenno
Business Office Manager
Valorie is the glue that binds us all together. She manages all facets of our Business Office including point of sale, accounting, and customer relations. Her attention to detail and 18 years of customer service management experience ensure that every customer is treated to a pleasant transaction.

Debbi Hall
Executive Administrator/Trainer
Debbi came to AAH with 30 years of Human Resource Management and training experience. She is responsible for capital projects, marketing efforts, and also authors all of our SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and acts as employee educator/trainer.

Darlene Long
Administrative Assistant
Darlene has over 15 years experience in office operations and sales support. She is responsible for our data management system and also assists with marketing efforts.

Dustin Wood
Purchasing/Production Manager
Dustin is responsible for both pre and post production management at AAH. He buys only the finest raw materials from our extensive vendor base and manages the production of all finished goods. He is well respected for his willingness and ability to do each job description that he manages. His professionalism,“can-do” attitude, and humble character are consistently complimented by our clients.

Darrell Seagle
Riverside Millwork Facility Manager
Darrell came to AAH with 35 years experience in millwork and flooring manufacturing leadership. He is an expert millwright and is in charge of all millwork production and quality assurance. His attention to producing a consistent product with low or no waste ensures that our 72% repeat customer rate grows with each job.

John Page
Installed Sales Manager
John brings 40 years of General Contracting experience to AAH. He is responsible for managing installed sales jobs of our products throughout the country. He is noted for his attention to detail and finish carpentry work.

Darrell Mathis
Cabinet Shop Manager
Darrell has over 30 years of experience as a custom cabinet shop manager. He is well respected for his innovation in high tech wood finishes. He is responsible for the entire cabinet operation from design and estimation through production and installation. His good nature and easy going personality are always well respected by clients.

Alan Parker
Rustic Rails ® Shop Manager
Alan’s 20 years of specialty woodworking experience serve him well as Manager of our railing operation. He is responsible for making sure that our porch rails are the best available and that they meet all applicable building codes throughout the country.

Bruce Ford
Furniture Shop Manager
If you can draw it, photograph it, or think of it then Bruce can build it. His 40 years of rustic furniture making experience have earned him a Master Craftsman designation. His projects range from conference and sofa tables to custom built-ins and bedroom furniture, and have been featured throughout the country.

Daniel Forency
Door Shop Manager
With 30 years of full-time door making under his belt, there aren’t many door styles that Daniel hasn’t crafted. He offers our clients the finest hand craftsmanship that we’ve seen including custom glass fabrication and iron work. His doors tend to be focal points of the homes that they are featured in and ensure a top knotch first impression for any visitor.

Pete Garner
Vintage Craft ® Beam and Timber Yard Team Leader
Pete came to AAH with significant experience as a door and cabinet maker. He now ensures that our heavy timber and sawmill operation runs smoothly and meets client needs…all of the time.

 

Samuel Brown
Lead Sawyer and Lumber Grader
Samuel is responsible for getting the best lumber possible from our sawmill operation and ensuring that our lumber grading standards are consistently met. His ability to quickly identify over 50 primary and sub-species of woods against almost 80 written specifications makes him a fixture in our pre-production quality assurance program.
